The service is fantastic, with very friendly and attentive staff, although one girl at the front desk was a bit rude. Overall, a great place to stay with lovely rooms and excellent service.
The hotel provided a cozy stay, especially appreciated the warm night atmosphere during the winter. The street-side room was a nice touch, but may be noisy. The bath and shower were outstanding, and the complimentary bottle of wine added a nice touch.
